- 2 šálky zeleninového vývaru
- ¾ šálky vody
- 1 šálka paradajkovej salsy
- 2 lyžičky mletého kmínu
- 2 lyžičky mletého chilli
- ½ lyžice mletého cesnaku
- guacamole
- nakrájané cherry paradajky
- tenké plátky 1 cibule
- tenké plátky 1 červenej kapusty
- ½ lyžičky morskej soli na dochutenie
- ½ lyžičky čierneho korenia na dochutenie
- lístky koriandru
- mesiačiky citrónu a limetky

Rúru si predhrejeme na 180°C.
Quinou najprv opláchnite pod tečúcou vodou. Následne quinou dozlata opražte v stredne veľkom hrnci cca 4-5 minút. Do hrnca s quinoou následne pridajte zeleninový vývar, vodu nechajte 15 minút variť, pokiaľ sa tekutina nevstrebá. Uvarenú quinou presypte do veľkej misy spoločne s paradajkovou salsou, mletým kmínom, mletým chilli, mletým cesnakom, olivovým olejom a všetko poriadne premiešajte. Na plech vystlaný papierom na pečenie premiestnite pripravenú zmes. Pri občasnom miešaní pečte 20-35 minút.
Po uplynutí času pečenia vyberte plech z rúry a zmes posypte strúhaným syrom Violif Original.
Quinoa zmesou spoločne s cibuľou, guacamole, paradajkami a kapustou naplňte pripravené tacos. Na záver posypte tacos lístkami koriandru. Podávajte s mesiačikmi citrónu a limetky.
