Suroviny:
1 stredne veľká cuketa
50 g rukoly
2 vajcia
125 ml Acidka bieleho plnotučného
1 šálka polohrubej múky, môže byť aj špaldová
20 g medvedieho cesnaku
soľ
mleté čierne korenie
olej na smaženie

Na šalát:
reďkovky, pažítka
Acidko biele
soľ, mleté čierne korenie

Postup:
1. Očistenú cukinu nahrubo nastrúhame. Osolíme a chvíľu necháme postáť, aby pustila prebytočnú šťavu a jemne vyžmýkame. Cesto nebude riedke a placky sa nebudú rozpadávať.
2. Pridáme nadrobno nasekanú rukolu a medvedí cesnak, dodajú plackám pikantnú chuť. K zelenine a bylinkám pridáme potom celé vajcia, Acidko, múku, ochutíme soľou a mletým čiernym korením. Všetko jemne premiešame – konzistencia cesta by mala byť podobná ako pri zemiakových plackách.

Suroviny:
400 g pšeničnej chlebovej múky
100 g celozrnnej špaldovej múky
1 balíček sušeného droždia
2 lyžičky soli
1 lyžica cukru
350 ml vlažnej vody

Náplň – šalviové pesto:
1 hrnček natrhaných čerstvých lístkov šalvie
2 hrsti vlašských orechov
4 strúčiky cesnaku
80 g nastrúhaného parmezánu
125 g Hery Maslová príchuť

Postup:
1. Všetky suroviny na cesto dajte do robota a vymiešajte nelepivé, hladké cesto. Prikryte ho potravinárskou fóliou a nechajte hodinu kysnúť.
