Predjedlo: „Katak“ (nátierka z bieleho jogurtu a syra)

Suroviny:
• biely jogurt
• syr
• olivový olej
• mletá červená paprika
• petržlenová vňať
• kôpor
• pečená červená paprika
• cesnak

Postup: Vymiešame syr s bielym jogurtom. Ozdobí sa pásikom červenej papriky, olivovým olejom a kôprom. Podávame s opečeným chlebom.

Polievka: Polievka s mäsovými guľkami

Suroviny:
• mleté mäso
• vajíčka
• olej
• mrkva
• paradajky
• zelená paprika
• zeler
• ryža
• petržlenová vňať
• čubrica
• mleté čierne korenie
• soľ
• ocot

Na zátrepku:
• vajíčka
• biely jogurt
• hladká múka
• olej

Postup: Nastrúhanú mrkvu so zelerom a cibuľou uvaríme vo vode. Pridáme soľ. Zvlášť uvaríme ryžu s čubricou (saturejka). Pomelieme mäso, pridáme soľ, mleté čierne korenie. Ryžu, mäso a vaječné bielka zmiešame a tvarujeme malé knedlíčky. Knedlíčky vyvaríme priame v polievke.
Polievku zahustíme zátrepkou. Dochutíme paradajkou, zelenou paprikou, soľou a korením.

Hlavné jedlo: Plnené baklažány so zemiakovou kašou

Suroviny:
• baklažány
• paradajky
• syr-kaškaval
• mleté mäso
• soľ
• mleté čierne korenie
• mletá červená paprika
• petržlenová vňať

Postup: Rozpolíme baklažány, vydlabeme stred, osolíme, necháme 1-2 hodiny odstáť. Potom baklažán opláchneme.
Plnka do baklažánu: mleté mäso, cibuľa, paprika sa zarestuje so zostatkom z baklažánov, pridajú sa paradajky, korenie, soľ a čubrica. Necháme udusiť. Zmesou plníme baklažány, upečieme 20-25 minút, posypeme syrom a zapečieme.
Podávame so zemiakovou kašou.

DEZERT: Biely jogurt s ovocím

Suroviny:
• biely jogurt
• ovocie
• med

Postup: Do pohára dáme med, vložíme ovocie, jogurt, zase ovocie a zaprášime škoricou. Pred výdajom sa môže poliať medom.
