- Na prípravu mrveničky v mise ručne alebo ručným miesičom spracujeme múku, cukor, vanilínový cukor a maslo alebo margarín.

Hotovú náplň rozotrieme na cesto a poukladáme na ňu umyté a rozpolené slivky. Posypeme škoricovým cukrom a mrveničkou, vložíme do predhriatej rúry a pečieme.

-Na prípravu cesta vyšľaháme elektrickým ručným šľahačom na strednom stupni vajcia, cukor a vanilínový cukor do peny. Zmiešame múku s pudingovým práškom a zľahka ručne vmiešame do peny. Cesto nalejeme na plech vyložený papierom na pečenie a uhladíme. Vložíme do predhriatej rúry a pečieme.

-Náplň rozotrieme na vychladnutý korpus a posypeme ríbezľami. Zatočíme roládu a na 1 hodinu odložíme do chladničky.

-Na ozdobenie rozpustíme polevu podľa návodu na obale. Roládu ozdobíme rozpustenou polevou a posypeme ríbezľami.
