P O S T U P: Jahody umyjeme, necháme osušiť a pretlačenú zmes zmiešame s cukrom, vodou, sektom a podľa chuti s trochou citrónovej šťavy. Podávame dostatočne studené.

P O S T U P: V uzatvárateľnom pohári zmiešame olivový olej, horčicu, šťavu z citróna, soľ a korenie. Pohár dobre uzavrieme a pretrepeme. Umyté kuracie prsia obalíme v marináde a necháme v chladničke odpočívať min. 20 minút.
Grilujeme na rozpálenom grile, kým sa na mäse nevytvoria prúžky a je na dotyk pevné.
Medzitým vo väčšej miske zmiešame šalátové listy, nakrájané jahody a feta syr. Na vrch pridáme grilované kuracie prsia nakrájané na plátky, osolíme hrubozrnnou soľou a pokvapkáme balsamicom. Podávame s ružovým sektom Hubert Grand rosé.

P O S T U P : Do vínového pohára postupne vrstvíme kopček zmrzliny, čučoriedky (alebo maliny) a lístky mäty. Takto pripravený pohár zalejeme do 1/3 ružovým sektom. Dozdobíme pusinkou a lístkom mäty. Konzumujeme ihneď.

P O T R E B U J E T E: 500 g čerstvých čučoriedok, 200 g mrazených čučoriedok, šťavu z 1 čerstvého citrónu, 40 g jemno nastrúhaného zázvoru, listy mäty, 110 g cukru, 100 ml vody, 6 vaječných bielkov, 300 ml cukrového roztoku (voda zvarená s cukrom)

P O S T U P: Do mixéru vložíte čučoriedky (necháte si za hrsť čerstvých čučoriedok na penu), mätové lístky a cukrový sirup. Prilejete šťavu z citrónu a zázvor. Všetko dobre opäť rozmixujete a precedíte cez sitko. Necháte poriadne vychladiť.
Medzitým si ponorným mixérom rozmixujete čučoriedky s cukrom podľa chuti, pridáte bielka a elektrickým šľahačom mixujete tuhý sneh z bielkov. Cappuccino podávate ozdobené s čučoriedkovou penou.
