Väčšina z nás, zažila doma na vianočnom stole vysmážaného kapra v trojobale. Nemusí tomu tak byť aj tento rok. Nechajte sa inšpirovať našimi receptami na tresku a lososa.

P O T R E B U J E T E: 600 g lososových filetov, 4 plátky toastového chleba, 1 strúčik cesnaku, citrónová kôra z 1 BIO citrónu, 2 PL maku, soľ, korenie, olivový olej

P O S T U P:
Toastový chleba zozmixujte s cesnakom, bmiešate citrónovú kôru a mak. Lososa nakrájate na porcie, osolíte, okoreníte a na kaťdý filet navŕšite ochutenú strúhanku.
Pokvapkáte olejom a prečiete v rúre predhriatej na 200°C asi 15 - 20 inút, podľa výšky filetu. POdávate so šalátom alebo s chutným pečivom.

(4 porcie)

P O T R E B U J E T E: 500 gramov tresky, 51 vajíčko, 0 g parmezánu, 4 vetvičky čerstvého tymianu, citrónová kôra z 1 BIO citrónu, 2 strúčky cesnaku, 100 g strúhanky, 200 g zakysanej smotany, chilli zrnká podľa chuti, olej na vysmážanie, soľ, čierne korenie

P O S T U P:
Rybu nakrájajte na kúsky a dajte do nádoby zmixovať. Pridajte cesnak, citrónovú kôru, parmezán, tymianové lístky, soľ, korenie, ½ strúhanky, rozmixujete a miešajte zľahka vyšľahané vajíčko.
Vytvarujte guľôčky, obalte v zbytku strúhanky a vysmážajte vo fritéze alebo na panvici dozlata. Zakysanú smotanu osoľte a vmiešajte pár chilli zrniek. Hotové krokety podávajte s dresingom zo smotany.

K podávaniu: cca 4 plátky masla, kolieska z 1 citrónu

P O S T U P:
Rúru predhrejte na 200 °C. Filety osoľte a okoreňte. Zemiaky, karotku a petržlen očistite a nakrájajte na čo najtenšie plátky. Pór rozpoľte, umyte a nakrájajte na klátiky, cibuľku na plátky. Z papieru na pečenie vystrihnite štyri veľké štvorce (malé sa zle balia). Na stred každého štvorca rozdeľte zemiaky a zeleninu, polovicu byliniek, osoľte, okoreňte a zakvapkajte trochou oleja. Na pripravené lôžka „uložte“ filety z rýb a pokvapkajte ich zvyšným olejom. Zdvihnite rohy papieru, stočte ich a zviažte šnúrkou do mešca. Pečte na plechu v rúre asi 30 minút. Po upečení presuňte horúce balíčky na taniere a ihneď podávajte. Mešec si na tanieri otvorí každý sám (pozor na unikajúcu paru), vopred môžete uvoľniť šnúrku. Na stôl pripravte druhú polovicu posekaných byliniek, maslo a citrón, aby si každý mohol dochutiť podľa seba.

Cesto vyváľajte na vale poprášenom múkou na plát hrubý 3–4 mm a pripravte si dve guľaté vykrajovátka. Jedno o priemere 4–6 cm, druhé o 1 cm menšie. Väčším vypichujte z cesta kolieska a tým menším vykrojte stredy presne z polovice z nich.
